What is your Return Policy
Our return policy is as follows: all sales are final. We are, unfortunately, unable to take returns on any bath and beauty products. If, however, your product arrives damaged, please send a photo of the damaged item to email@example.com, and we will gladly replace your damaged item at no cost to you.
What shipping options do you offer?
Wrightwood, California is a small mountain village. Our post office does not provide letter carriers, and home delivery/pickup of packages via UPS and/or FEDex is not reliable, so we use USPS priority mail. We can generally fit most orders into a padded envelope or a medium-sized box.
Why is yoru shipping so expensive?
We don't think of our shipping as expensive. We think of it as convenient. USPS priority mail provides you with a tracking number, and most packages arrive within three days of shipping. We charge $7.20 per package mailed. If your order should require a larger package, we pay the difference.
Other important Questions:
Q: Do you ship internationally? Not in general, but if you email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, we will gladly put together a custom invoice for you.
Q: Do you ever offer free shipping? We certainly do. If you spend $100 on product, we will refund your shipping costs. This will be done as a partial refund after the sale. Unfortunately there is no way to automate it, but we do it after the fact.
